Description: 48-26 (aka Lisa) produces greyish red coloured fruits that are sweet and delicious! Hyper-productive and will set fruit quiet heavily. Be sure to remove small miss-shaped fruits and fruit at branch tips. Leave fruit at the base of branches. Fruit growing at the base of branches will taste better and be less likely to cause limb breakage. Young trees should be pruned in March as buds break, before new leaves begin to grow. A June pruning stimulates additional flowering and fruit production. Never prune in winter months. Keep between 8-10'. |
